As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing high-visibility and company-critical projects for the development of stealth solutions for new platforms and for the volume manufacture of already certified systems.

Responsibilities include being the principal customer liaison, driving and organizing the execution of tasks to meet technical, schedule, and cost objectives, budgeting, pricing, and contract negotiation.

Your Day-to-Day Impact

- Customer Liaison: Serve as a primary interface for global aerospace and marine corporate clients, major defence primes, and federal government stakeholders from around the world
- Master of Execution: Map critical paths, orchestrate resource allocation, and sequence high-complexity workflows using MS Project to hit delivery milestones.
- Cross-Functional Conductor: Unite Engineering, Operations, Quality (AS9100), Purchasing, and Marketing teams to transform complex statements of work into physical reality.
- Risk & Financial: Proactively hunt down bottlenecks, mitigate technical risks, and manage earned value metrics (cash flow, revenue forecasting) to achieve project margins.
- Global Logistics & Airworthiness: Navigate the complexities of international export controls (CGP), shipping documentation, letters of credit, and rigorous military/civilian airworthiness regulations for qualification.

What You Bring to the Launchpad





- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: Min 5+ years of progressive project management experience managing complex projects
- Successful track record in managing a portfolio of engineering/product development programs as a prime or subcontractor to a domestic or foreign civil and/or military organization.
- Successful in managing manpower, planning project reviews, scheduling, and budget control.
- Experience in finance, contracting, engineering, logistics, manufacturing and supply chain management is considered an asset.
- Solid leadership and management skills.
- Security Clearance: Must be eligible to register for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and successfully clear a Government of Canada Secret Level II security check.
