We’re Hiring: Senior Furniture Sales Consultant

Salary: $48,000–$60,000 per year + Performance Bonuses

We are a custom furniture store specializing in high-quality Canadian solid wood furniture, custom furniture solutions, and premium Canadian sofas and sectionals from leading Canadian brands. We pride ourselves on offering quality products, personalized service, and furniture built to last.

We’re looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven Senior Furniture Sales Consultant with 10+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in the furniture industry, to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personalized service and expert guidance to customers.
- Sell premium Canadian solid wood furniture, custom furniture, sofas, and sectionals.
- Educate customers on product quality, materials, craftsmanship, and customization options.
- Build lasting customer relationships and confidently close sales.
- Achieve sales objectives and contribute to overall store performance.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay informed about our brands and collections.
- Help maintain an attractive, organized, and welcoming showroom.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from consultation to purchase.

Qualifications & Requirements




- 10+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in furniture sales.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Robust customer relationship-building abilities.
- An appreciation for quality furniture, Canadian craftsmanship, and solid wood products.
- A professional, self-motivated, and results-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available and willing to work weekends.
