Senior Sales Consultant — Custom Interiors

CA$36,000 annual base salary (CA$3,000 per month), plus commission, performance bonuses and sales incentives.

Expected total annual compensation: CA$50,000–$100,000, based on sales performance.

You bring proven sales experience. We’ll teach you custom cabinetry and design.

Previous cabinetry, design or in-home sales experience is not required. If you’ve succeeded in automotive, furniture, home improvement, luxury retail or another consultative sales environment, we’d like to hear from you.

About Dream Spaces

Dream Spaces is a family-owned company based in Barrie, Ontario, serving families across Central and Southern Ontario. We create custom kitchens, closets, pantries, mudrooms, garages, home offices, wall units and Murphy beds.

Our in-house team designs, builds and installs our products using Canadian-sourced materials, with no subcontractors involved. We manage each project from initial concept through installation and stand behind our work with a lifetime structural warranty and a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

An prospect built around your sales strengths

We provide company-generated leads and pre-booked in-home appointments, with no cold calling required. You focus on understanding the customer, recommending the right solution and earning the sale.

You’ll receive five days of paid initial training, followed by ongoing sales coaching and design and technical support as you build your expertise.

What you’ll do

- Meet homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments.




- Understand their goals, style, budget and purchasing priorities.
- Take accurate measurements and develop personalized designs using our software.
- Present recommendations and pricing, explaining the value clearly.
- Address objections, negotiate and secure sales and deposits.
- Complete the design and sale during the same appointment when the project scope allows.
- Follow up consistently and maintain an organized, accurate sales pipeline.
- Coordinate project details with our internal teams through installation.

What you bring
- A proven record of closing sales and achieving targets; five or more years of successful sales experience is preferred.
- Confidence guiding customers through significant purchasing decisions.
- The ability to build trust, explain value and ask for the business.
- Strong organization, attention to detail and dependable follow-through.
- Willingness to learn measurements, design software and technical product information.
- Openness to coaching and ownership of your results.
- A valid driver’s licence, reliable transportation and your own laptop.

Your compensation You’ll receive a CA$36,000 annual base salary, equivalent to CA$3,000 per month, plus commission, performance bonuses and sales incentives.

Expected total annual compensation is CA$50,000–$100,000 . Our senior designers have earned approximately CA$75,000–$100,000 , with our top designer earning more than CA$100,000 . Individual earnings vary based on sales performance.

Territory and schedule

We’re hiring for Vaughan and Mississauga . We aim to assign appointments within the territory where you live or are applying.

This is a field-based position with regular travel to customers’ homes. Weekend availability is required. Specific working days and appointment expectations will be discussed during the interview.

Your start at Dream Spaces

Your onboarding begins with five days of paid training at our Barrie office. Planned sessions are

November 9–13, 2026 .
