Experience: 7+ Years

We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Analyst with strong functional knowledge of SAP MM, Inventory Management, and Contract Management to support enterprise SAP programs and migration initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience on SAP programs
- SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC
- SAP MM, Inventory Management & Contract Management
- Requirements elicitation and management
- Business process mapping and Fit-Gap Analysis
- Functional specifications and data mapping
- Testing coordination and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Robust documentation and stakeholder facilitation skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear deliverables for SAP functional and technical teams

Nice to Have

- Full-lifecycle SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration experience
- Large enterprise or healthcare industry experience
- Supply chain and procurement knowledge
- Data migration and organizational change management
- End-user training and adoption support
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
