Own the Full Recruitment Cycle Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical healthcare roles including Registered Nurses, RPNs/LPNs, Personal Support Workers, and Patient Observers. Identify passive and niche talent through targeted outreach, talent mapping,



and industry intelligence Convert interest into commitment by helping the right people find meaningful work Grow and Strengthen Talent Pipelines Maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates for high-volume and urgent requests Cultivate relationships with schools, community partners, and healthcare associations Enhance Carecor’s presence through targeted digital campaigns and social sourcing tactics Manage requisitions, candidate workflow, and postings in our ATS Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare, staffing, or another high-volume environment ~ Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, digital sourcing tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems ~ Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills ~ HR or related degree/diploma preferred For over 40 years, proudly helping healthcare workers take control of their career.
