Capital Group is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to lead customer-centered, omni-channel experiences that strengthen our brand and deliver meaningful outcomes. You will mentor designers and collaborate with product, marketing, insights, and engineering teams across North America.

Approximately 40–50% of the role is hands-on design; the rest focuses on leadership, strategy, stakeholder engagement, and developing future Design Leads.
