As a Senior Consultant, you will spearhead the deployment of ADP WorkForce Suite solutions for our clients, ensuring quality control of deliverables and supporting practice activities. Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of WorkForce Suite solutions, specializing in Time and at least one of the following modules: Collaborate effectively with consultants, integration teams, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional and technical design documents, test plans, and training materials.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WorkForce Suite configuration and integrations.



Facilitate knowledge transfer through customer/administrator and end-user training sessions. Mentor junior consultants, providing coaching, training, and quality reviews of their work.

Bachelor's degree in information systems/technology, business, finance, or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience with WorkForce Suite, including complex global time configuration.

Additional

WorkForce Software certifications (e.g., Expertise in leading Time & Attendance implementations. Advanced experience in Time & Attendance configuration. Proficient in End of Period Processing and Payroll export.
