Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. As an employee, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving beverages, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other staff members to maintain high standards of service.

Duties

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Assist in training new staff on bartending techniques and restaurant policies.

Skills





- Proficient in Bartending techniques with knowledge of drink recipes.
- Experience in Food service or Restaurant environments is preferred.
- Strong Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Familiarity with Food handling and Food safety practices.
- Cashiering experience, including cash handling and operating POS systems.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
