Duties

- Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide expert recommendations on menu items and drinks.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently using Micros POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Manage food and drink orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering procedures, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards.
- Engage with guests to create a lively, friendly atmosphere while managing multiple tables or bar stations seamlessly.
- Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels,



and assist in closing or opening duties as needed.

Requirements

- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred; experience with POS systems is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, serving standards, and food handling safety protocols.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and change calculation accurately.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Hospitality mindset with a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
