The club has award-winning golf, wonderful practice facilities, a history of holding the country’s top tournaments, great tennis in the warm months, curling in the winter, and tremendous dining year-round.

We are currently seeking an engaging and service-focused Full-Time Server/Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. Reporting to the Director of Clubhouse Operations, this role is responsible for providing warm, attentive food and beverage service and creating a welcoming experience for Club Members and guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide warm, attentive and personalized food and beverage service to Club Members and guests.
- Take food and beverage orders, answer menu questions, make recommendations, and ensure accurate and timely service.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer and wine, in accordance with responsible alcohol service standards.
- Enter orders and transactions accurately through the POS system and process payments as required.
- Maintain clean, organized and well-stocked dining and bar areas, complete setup and closing duties, and follow health and safety, food handling and sanitation requirements.
- Anticipate member needs, respond to requests and feedback professionally, and communicate service concerns to the appropriate leader.
- Support member events, tournaments and Club functions,



working closely with the culinary and clubhouse teams.

WHAT YOU OFFER

- Previous serving and bartending experience in a restaurant, private club, hotel, or similar hospitality environment.
- Smart Serve certification is required, along with a good working knowledge of beer, wine, spirits and classic cocktails.
- Comfort using POS systems and handling payments accurately; Jonas Software experience would be an asset.
- A warm, skilled and service-focused approach, with the ability to build strong relationships with Club Members, guests and Team Members.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to stay composed and attentive in a busy environment.
- Must be available to work a flexible full-time schedule based on operational needs, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
