Duties

- Prepare and assemble sushi dishes with precision, creativity, and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality presentation.
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing fish, assembling ingredients, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are followed diligently to uphold health standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders, answering questions about menu items,



and providing recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and dining areas to promote a safe and hygienic environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and familiarity with food handling safety standards.
- Strong skills in serving customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, or meal assembly within the food industry is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Kitchen experience including sanitation practices and secure food handling procedures.
- Passion for delivering exceptional food service and creating memorable guest experiences.
