Duties

- Lead and supervise store staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment through effective training and development.
- Manage daily store operations, including cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and inventory control to ensure smooth functioning.
- Oversee merchandising efforts, including pricing strategies and product placement, to maximize sales potential.
- Conduct recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members to build a high-performing workforce.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring outstanding customer service experiences.
- Coordinate purchasing activities and manage store budgets to meet financial objectives.




- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract customers and increase sales.

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong background in retail sales, store management, and sales management techniques.
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, merchandising, and pricing strategies.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with organizational expertise in team management and time management.
- Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling protocols is essential.
