Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role involves providing exceptional guest service, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and experience in food service environments.

Prior experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in the food industry while delivering memorable dining experiences.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems, including Squirrel POS.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed during food handling, preparation, and serving.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in food preparation when necessary, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service.




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
- Provide guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing bills efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Experience in food industry roles such as serving or hospitality enhances your ability to succeed in this position.
