Are you organized, customer-focused, and experienced in the automotive industry? Stirling Auto is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team!
We’re looking for someone who understands the importance of great customer service, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure every customer feels confident that they and their vehicle are in good hands.
Hours
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Responsibilities include
- Receiving inventory, monitoring stock levels, and reordering parts and supplies as needed.
- Billing out customers accurately and efficiently.
- Answering phone calls and booking service appointments.
- Communicating with technicians to coordinate repairs and keep jobs moving efficiently.
- Keeping customers informed throughout the service process.
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring every customer feels valued and confident that their vehicle is being taken care of.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor position is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy shop workplace.
- Knowledge of Protractor software is an asset, but not required.
