Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players, influencers, and organizations to expand our reach and business network.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients. Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align business development strategies with overall company objectives. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.



Additional certifications in business development or sales are a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets. Strong knowledge of the industry, market trends, and key players to make informed strategic decisions.

Sales Skills: Excellent sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals with a customer-centric approach.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex business solutions and build rapport with clients.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market opportunities, analyze data, and make informed business decisions.

Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving business development goals. Ability to adapt to evolving market conditions, industry trends, and changes in client needs.
