Our client is looking for a Shop Supervisor for a multi-national global organization with great career potential. Our client is well known within its respective industry, a global industrial leader and have secure business practices for more than 50+ years. This is a leadership role within the organization that will lead the Boisbriand, QC facility.

Experience managing technicians and teams and responsible for their safety in the workplace. Ability to keep a clean and organized work environment while managing a industrial repair shop of 5 - 7 technicians. Must be able to speak fluent English and French (Bilingual is mandatory) Ability to dress professionally and act in a mature manner to be seen as a Service Shop Supervisor Experience repairing, troubleshooting and handling customer service for all incoming calls for rotating equipment (Compressors, Pumps, Gearboxes, Motors).

On-Site 5 days per week and commutable distance to Boisbriand, QC (No hybrid or remote work)



Strong working knowledge of SAP Technical Education (DEP) with Maintenance or Service Supervision background.
