: As the Site project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the on-site activities of our high-rise construction projects. Working cross departmentally you will ensure the successful execution of projects from our doors to on-site. This ranges from planning to completion, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Responsibilities:

- Provide in office leadership and supervision, ensuring high-rise construction projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and design intent.
- Collaborate closely with in house project managers, architects, engineers, and onsite subcontractors to ensure seamless project coordination and execution.
- Oversee the daily activities of construction crews, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Manage project schedules, proactively identify and address potential delays or conflicts, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the site.




- Provide accurate and timely progress reports to the project management team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent, with expertise in high-rise construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, and regulations, with a focus on sustainable building practices.
- Familiarity with Building envelope systems and their integration into high-rise structures and ICI construction is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire on-site personnel.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions under pressure while withholding our Vision and communication.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
