Hall Mechanical is looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to join our growing team and help us deliver high-quality mechanical projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors! You have a solid technical background in plumbing, HVAC, or other mechanical systems, combined with a deep understanding of safety, efficiency, and quality standards.

You have a strong technical background and experience with high rise residential construction. You possess excellent organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple tasks and projects with precision. Communication is your strength, and you can effectively connect with clients, contractors, and team members.

You're proactive, solutions-oriented, and committed to ensuring every project is completed on time and on budget. As a Mechanical Site Supervisor , you'll play a pivotal role in the success of our projects. Reporting to the Superintendent or Field Operations Manager, you'll: Oversee daily site operations and ensure all work aligns with company standards and client expectations.

Lead and mentor Foremen and site staff, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every task. Review and implement project pre-planning, including reviewing drawings for code compliance and material efficiency. Work closely with the safety team to maintain and enforce a strong safety culture on-site.

Complete and manage required documentation, including safety reports, system testing, and job management forms in Site Docs. Address and resolve on-site issues, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.



Represent the company at site meetings and collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in mechanical construction or a related field.

Experience in high rise residential construction is an asset. Hydronic experience in heating, cooling, mechanical rooms, grooved, victaulic and cast iron experience. (considered and asset). Journeyman or Red Seal certification in a mechanical trade (e.g., plumbing, gas fitting). Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage site teams effectively. Tech-savvy with experience using project management tools like Site Docs.

Considered an Asset: Relevant and local construction industry experience.
