Echoic is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Site Supervisor / Installer to oversee installation projects across Ontario. This role combines on-site leadership, hands-on installation, quality control, and project coordination to ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to Echoic’s standards.

Acting as the on-site lead, you’ll serve as the key connection between installation crews, clients, and the Project Manager (PM) team. You’ll take ownership of site readiness, installation quality, daily reporting, and deficiency management while helping protect project budgets and deliver an exceptional client experience.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who leads by example, communicates clearly, takes pride in their workmanship, and understands that a successful installation means more than simply getting the job done.

Key Responsibilities

Site Leadership & Project Coordination

- Lead installation projects on-site across Ontario, coordinating with installation crews and the Project Manager to keep projects on track.
- Provide daily progress updates to the PM, including site status, photos, issues, and next steps.
- Attend initial and final site walkthroughs with the PM or independently when required.
- Ensure all installations are completed according to the project schedule and communicate job completion and any outstanding items.
- Submit weekly Ontario project reports ahead of scheduled project meetings.

Installation & Quality Control
- Complete installations hands-on while ensuring work meets Echoic’s installation standards and service expectations.
- Confirm sites are ready for delivery and installation, including appropriate floor, wall, and door protection before offloading.
- Prevent damage to products, client property, and existing site conditions through proper handling and installation practices.
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout each project and address issues promptly.
- Identify, document, and report all deficiencies and warranty concerns in real time, including supporting photos and service tickets.

Documentation & Accountability
- Ensure all delivery tickets and Proof of Delivery (POD) documents are signed and returned on the same day.
- Record and report all deficiencies,



including photos and supporting documentation, to the PM on the same day.
- Maintain accurate daily site updates through email, Metronome, and SharePoint, including site photos and progress information.
- Complete all required daily health and safety documentation.
- Track installation costs against the approved installation budget and flag potential overruns or project risks early.
- Maintain organized, accurate project documentation and ensure all outstanding items are followed through to completion.

Client Service & Relationship Management
- Build positive, professional relationships with clients, site contacts, and other trades.
- Represent Echoic professionally on every job site, ensuring a high standard of service and communication.
- Assist with assigned service requests, Customer Service Requests (CSRs), and warranty-related work, ensuring timely completion and closeout.
- Support occasional deliveries or other operational needs as required.
- Leave every job site and company vehicle clean, organized, and ready for the next project.

The Ideal Candidate
- Has experience in installation, site supervision, construction, commercial interiors, furniture installation, or a related field.
- Is comfortable balancing hands-on work with leadership, coordination, and administrative responsibilities.
- Has strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Communicates clearly and professionally with Project Managers, clients, installation crews, and other site personnel.
- Takes ownership of problems and follows through until they are resolved.
- Understands the importance of workplace health and safety, proper product handling, and damage prevention.
- Can manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Is comfortable using digital tools for project updates, photos, reporting, and documentation.
