- We are seeking a skilled carpenter/apprentice to join our team for decks, fences, pergolas, and all other residential projects.

Responsibilities:

- Aid and oversee aspects of construction projects from planning, construction, and installation

- Competent in the construction of decks, fences, pergolas and other interior/exterior projects.

- Allocate and estimate resources for assigned projects (working with owner)

- Work with skilled team members/ as an individual to complete projects within given timelines

- Coachable and willing to learn new skills in all areas of residential construction

- Learning and understanding of project flow for a given scope of interior/exterior project

- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adheres to our company vision

- Maintain tools, equipment and materials on and off-site

- Professional, punctual and have good communication skills

- Ability to identify and solve deficiencies and potential problems before/as they occur.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in commercial/residential construction projects





- Knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and best safety practices

- Strong knowledge of deck framing, fence and pergola installation and prep.

- Strong leadership qualities

- Willingness to learn current skills, and improve current craftsmanship

- Detail-oriented

- Coachable and able to work independently and in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
