Key Responsibilities

- Refurbish and install gearboxes and machinery
- Perform inspections and testing of gear systems
- Act as liaison between clients and the company
- Enhance junior technician skillsets through mentorship
- Address and troubleshoot technical issues effectively

Requirements:
- Certificate as a Millwright, Machinist, or Heavy Duty Mechanic
- 3+ years of relevant technician experience
- Strong understanding of gearbox repair processes
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
