Now Hiring: Snow Removal Crew for Winter 2026–27

We’re looking for hardworking, reliable shovelers to join our snow removal team this winter! If you don’t mind early mornings, cold weather, and working outdoors, this is a great way to earn extra income and help keep our community safe.

Positions available

Snow Shovelers / Sidewalk Crew Members/ route driver

Duties

Shovelling and clearing snow from sidewalks, walkways, driveways, and entryways

Applying ice melt or sand as needed to maintain safe walking surfaces

Using hand tools such as shovels, scrapers, and snow blowers safely and efficiently

Performing light maintenance or adjustments on tools and equipment

Following all safety procedures and working efficiently during snow events





Communicating with team members and supervisors about completed routes or issues

Requirements

Must be dependable and available during snow events (early mornings, nights, or weekends)

Able to work outdoors in cold, snowy conditions for extended periods

Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy snow when required

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Team player with good communication skills

Previous snow removal or outdoor work experience is an asset, but not required

Start Date: As soon as the snow starts falling!
