Whether you love storytelling, short-form videos, photography, editing, social media trends, graphic design or simply have a creative idea you've always wanted to try, we want to discover what you can bring to the table.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Social Media Content Creator, the role would involve:

- Developing creative concepts for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other digital platforms.
- Creating engaging videos, graphics, stories and social media content.
- Supporting content campaigns that highlight creativity, learning, community and professional development.
- Exploring current content trends,



storytelling techniques and digital tools.
- Collaborating with the UMATTR and Career Circle teams on creative projects.
- Helping communicate real stories of people building skills, pursuing opportunities and achieving their goals.

Who We're Looking For We're interested in creativity, potential and a willingness to learn—not follower counts.
- Minimum followers: 0
- No existing TikTok, Instagram or YouTube account required.
- No previous professional content creation experience required.
- No degree or established portfolio necessary.
- Beginners, students, career changers and aspiring creators are welcome.
- An interest in creativity, storytelling, social media or digital content is all you need to get started.

Your First Chance: Build Week 2026 ?

Instead of asking you to prove your ability through years of experience or thousands of followers, we're inviting you to show what you can create.

Through Career Circle's Build Your Proof 2026, you'll have an opportunity to develop an original idea, create something meaningful and start building your professional portfolio.

Your project could be a short video, social media campaign concept, digital artwork, content series,



creative advertisement or another original piece that reflects your interests.

You can use Build Week to:

- Turn a creative idea into a real project.
- Meet other creators, designers and aspiring professionals.
- Build your first portfolio piece or strengthen an existing one.
- Showcase your creative abilities through your Career Circle profile.
- Explore potential collaborations and career pathways.

- If a formal creator position is opened, Build Week submissions may also provide a way to demonstrate relevant abilities. Participation itself does not guarantee an interview, job offer or paid engagement, and participants retain ownership of their original work.
