Technical Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Software Developer with expertise in .NET to join our team. In this role, you will partner directly with Hydronics stakeholders to design, build, and maintain software solutions that support the business roadmap and solve real-world challenges. The developer will work under the supervision of the technical manager of Sales Technology and will be responsible for implementing and maintaining software solutions aligned with the Hydronic team's business roadmap and requirements.

NET technologies, with a focus on Angular for web-based interfaces. Work directly with the Hydronic team to understand business needs and translate them into effective software solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects, working closely with the quality assurance team to maintain a high level of product quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure software solutions align with business objectives. Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code and to learn from the feedback provided by senior team members. Translate business requirements into efficient, scalable, and reliable software solutions.





Contribute to continuous improvement of software development processes and tooling within the team. NET technologies, including C#. ~ Experience with RESTful APIs for web integration. ~ Working knowledge of Angular (or a similar front-end framework) and building scalable, responsive web applications. ~ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). ~ Familiarity with SQL Server and MongoDB (or similar databases). ~ Knowledge of software version control tools like Git. ~ Bonus Skills NET desktop applications.

Experience in cloud technologies (Azure or AWS).

Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
