Location(s): Montreal A career as an ECM (Enterprise Content Management) Solution Architect on the Solution Architecture team at National Bank means contributing to the design and evolution of technology solutions within the Enterprise Content Management domain. Your expertise in solution architecture, cost estimation and ECM will enable you to design consistent, sustainable solutions tailored to business partners’ needs while making a positive impact on the client experience.

Your role

- Produce cost assessments and estimates required for technology projects and solutions.
- Design solution architectures and produce the architecture deliverables required for their implementation.
- Ensure the consistency, quality and compliance of solutions by working closely with development, data, infrastructure and cybersecurity teams.
- Act as a catalyst for change and technological evolution by influencing both business lines and internal IT teams.
- Facilitate workshops with business partners and relevant teams to define solutions that address business needs and maximize value.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure the successful execution of activities under your responsibility, from design and development through to production, while ensuring the quality of technology solutions.

Your team

Within the Corporate, Data and Operational Risk sector, you will be part of the Solution Architecture team, which consists of approximately 20 specialists who work in an agile, proactive and collaborative manner. You will report to the Senior Manager, Solution Architecture. In your role, you will collaborate across various technology teams and business sectors throughout the Bank to understand their needs, design appropriate solutions and support their evolution. This cross-functional scope will give you the opportunity to contribute to large-scale initiatives and work with partners who bring diverse areas of expertise.

Prerequisites

- Completed bachelor’s degree in a field related to the sector and approximately five years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
- Proven experience estimating the cost of IT solutions.
- Experience in solution architecture and integration.
- Experience with cloud solutions, preferably AWS.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, including Scrum or SAFe.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry, an asset.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification, an asset upon hiring and required to remain in the position.

Languages: English, French
