Our revolutionary, patented Waveguide Array (WGA) technology delivers world-class signal efficiency and interference isolation for 5GHz and 6GHz networks. Tested in premier MVG anechoic chambers, our antennas are engineered to provide global operators with heavy-duty performance at a reduced deployment cost. We are now expanding our brand presence into rapid-growing Spanish-speaking markets, including Mexico and South America.

Position Overview:

We are not looking for a telecommunications engineer—we will fully train you on our product specs! We need a motivated, fluent Spanish-speaking professional to act as our digital explorer. Your main goal is to localize our marketing content, research wireless internet providers (WISPs) and telecom distributors in Latin America, and generate warm business leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- B2B Market Research & Lead Generation (60%)
- Use Google, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and telecom directories to identify regional WISPs and hardware distributors in Spanish-speaking countries.
- Find and verify contact information (emails, phone numbers, WhatsApp)



of key industry decision-makers (Purchasing Managers, Network Architects).
- Conduct initial outreach via email or LinkedIn to introduce LinQ’s patented antenna solutions and coordinate product sample testing.
- Marketing & Content Localization (30%)
- Translate and update our English product catalogs, specification sheets (Spec Sheets), and website content into professional, natural Spanish.
- Engage with Spanish-speaking audience segments on social media (LinkedIn, specialized Facebook tech groups) by sharing product updates and field-test videos.
- Coordination & Support (10%)
- Follow up with interested international leads, collect their initial network requirements, and seamlessly pass qualified prospects to our management team to close deals.

Job & Education Requirements:

- Education (Must-Have): A Bachelor’s Degree or a 2-Year College Diploma in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is strictly required.
- Recent graduates from the University of Lethbridge or Lethbridge College with a valid Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) are highly encouraged to apply.
- Language (Must-Have):



Fluent/Native Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory. Fluency in English or Mandarin is required for smooth communication with our local Lethbridge team.
- Skills:
- Strong online research capabilities (proficient with Google Advanced Search and LinkedIn).
- Basic administrative skills (Excel, Word). Experience with basic graphic/video tools (like Canva or CapCut) to tweak marketing materials is a huge plus.
- Traits: Highly self-motivated, organized, results-driven, and eager to learn about innovative hardware technology.

What We Offer:

- Competitive Base Wage:
- $24.00 / hour during the 2-month probation period.
- $26.00 / hour upon successful completion of probation and performance review.
- Uncapped Sales Commission:
- 3% commission on total sales revenue from newly acquired international accounts for the first 2 years.
- 1% commission maintaining into the 3rd year for those accounts.
