Le Spécialiste Gouvernance TI sera responsable de bâtir de A à Z la gouvernance TI d’une organisation en pleine transformation numérique, en s’appuyant sur COBIT et en faisant le pont entre la direction TI et la gestion de portefeuille de projets.

PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT

- Mettre en place les comités de gouvernance TI selon le référentiel COBIT
- Définir les indicateurs de performance (KPIs) et tableaux de bord TI
- Analyser le volet financier TI (CAPEX vs OPEX, écarts aux projections)
- Piloter l’amélioration continue des services TI, tant offerts que reçus
- Encadrer le cycle de vie des actifs TI, la cybersécurité, la donnée et l’IA
- Réaliser des évaluations de maturité et de capabilité des processus TI
- Travailler au cœur d’une équipe d’environ 18 personnes
- Œuvrer dans un environnement sur COBIT, SharePoint et Microsoft 365

PROFIL

- 10+ années d’expérience professionnelle en TI, dont 3+ années en gouvernance TI
- Expérience en implantation d’un cadre de gouvernance TI
- Bonnes connaissances des référentiels de gestion des services TI
- Expertise COBIT, incluant COBIT Performance Management (fort atout)
- Aisance en suivi budgétaire TI et en analyse des écarts financiers
- Expérience en gestion de fournisseurs et en suivi d’ententes de services TI
- Excellentes habiletés de présentation auprès de la haute direction
- Fort esprit de collaboration (finance, audit interne, approvisionnement)
- Expérience en animation de communautés de pratique (atout)
- BAC en TI, en gestion ou dans un domaine connexe
- Bilinguisme (Français requis, Anglais fonctionnel)

The IT Governance Specialist will be responsible for building IT governance from scratch in an organization undergoing a digital transformation, using COBIT and bridging IT leadership with project portfolio management.

MORE PRECISELY

- Set up IT governance committees based on the COBIT framework
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and IT dashboards
- Analyze IT finances (CAPEX vs OPEX, variances from forecasts)
- Drive continuous improvement of IT services, both delivered and received
- Oversee the IT asset lifecycle, cybersecurity, data management and AI
- Perform maturity and capability assessments of IT processes
- Join a team of approximately 18 people
- Work in an environment based on COBIT, SharePoint and Microsoft 365

PROFILE

- 10+ years of qualified experience in IT, including 3+ years in IT governance
- Experience implementing an IT governance framework
- Solid knowledge of IT service management frameworks
- Expertise in COBIT, including COBIT Performance Management (strong asset)
- Comfortable with IT budget tracking and financial variance analysis
- Experience in vendor management and IT service agreement monitoring
- Excellent presentation skills with senior management
- Strong spirit of collaboration (finance, internal audit, procurement)
- Experience leading communities of practice (asset)
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, management or a related field
- Bilingualism (French required, English functional)
