Position: Spiritual Engagement Coordinator

Hours: Part time (20 hours/week)

Location: Robertson-Wesley United Church, Edmonton, Alberta

Robertson-Wesley United Church in Edmonton, Alberta is seeking a Spiritual Engagement Coordinator to help create a vibrant, welcoming, and connected community where people of all ages can explore faith, build relationships, and grow spiritually. This part-time role provides leadership and coordination in spiritual development, working collaboratively with the lead minister and ministry staff team. The successful candidate will be relational, creative, spiritually grounded, and energized by bringing people together.

About the Role The Spiritual Engagement Coordinator will create and support opportunities for people to connect, explore spirituality, and participate in community life both within and beyond Sunday worship.



A key focus is fostering belonging, participation, and intergenerational connection through programs, events, spiritual formation, and lay leadership.
