Accuworkz Solutions is actively seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Staffing Dispatcher to join our growing staffing agency.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working in a staffing agency, managing employee schedules, coordinating workforce deployments, fulfilling client staffing requirements, and handling urgent, last-minute replacements.

We are looking for a reliable, resourceful professional who can take ownership of daily dispatch operations, work independently, and maintain strong communication with both clients and employees.

Important: A minimum of 2 years of direct staffing industry dispatch experience is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Staffing & Dispatch Operations: Manage daily employee scheduling, shift assignments, workforce deployment, and staffing coordination across multiple client locations.
- Client Staffing Requirements: Receive staffing requests from clients and ensure positions are filled accurately and on time.
- Last-Minute Replacements: Respond promptly to employee cancellations, no-shows, absenteeism, and urgent replacement requirements.
- Employee Coordination: Communicate with temporary employees regarding shift availability, reporting times, work locations, and assignment instructions.
- Client Communication: Maintain professional relationships with clients, provide staffing updates, and resolve day-to-day operational concerns.




- Workforce Management: Maintain accurate employee availability records, scheduling databases, attendance records, and shift confirmations.
- Problem Resolution: Independently resolve scheduling conflicts, attendance issues, and unexpected staffing shortages.
- Operational Reporting: Maintain daily dispatch records, track shift fulfillment, and communicate important operational updates to management.
- After-Hours Coordination: Remain available for occasional urgent staffing requirements outside regular office hours, as scheduled or agreed upon.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dispatcher within a staffing agency or temporary staffing environment (Mandatory).
- Strong understanding of staffing agency operations, employee deployment, scheduling, and shift fulfillment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client requirements and coordinate a large temporary workforce.
- Experience handling last-minute employee replacements, no-shows, and urgent staffing situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust organizational, multitasking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, scheduling software, and employee management systems.




- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate operational records.
- Flexibility to support time-sensitive staffing operations when required.
