Talent Acquisition The Talent Acquisition Specialist will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and effective operations of the organization's Human Resource Department andis responsible forimplementingthe organization's talent acquisition strategy and full cycle recruitment process. The position manages recruiting processes and compliance, builds andmaintainscandidate pipelines, supports employer branding, andrepresentsVIGILINT at recruiting events.

The Talent

AcquisitionSpecialistalso uses workforce planning and recruiting data to proactively support organizational growth while ensuring a consistent and professional hiring process. Recruit full-time, part-time, temporary, contractual, and intern personnelthrough full cyclerecruiting andhiring. Developappropriaterecruitmentmarketing strategies,coordinate project support withhiring team, andestablishservice-level agreements to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment lifecycle while minimizing cost-per-hire.

Developand implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to buildand run a pipelineof qualified candidatesfrom sourcing through onboarding. Attend a weeklystrategic meeting with the HR Manager to review thecandidatepipeline, employee, and community engagement.



Proficient with Microsoft Office Suiteincluding SharePoint.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employer branding, and talent sourcing strategies. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills for crafting compelling content. Proficiencyin ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media management tools.

Experience with event planning,andpublic relations.
