Intercity Dental Centre is a locally owned dental practice looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to support our clinical team.

The primary focus of this position is instrument sterilization and treatment room preparation, with dental assisting duties only when needed.

Responsibilities

- Clean, package, and sterilize dental instruments following infection prevention procedures.
- Maintain sterilization equipment, complete required checks, and keep accurate records.
- Clean and prepare treatment rooms between patients.
- Organize instruments and restock clinical supplies.
- Assist chairside when needed, within your training and qualifications.
- Help maintain a clean, protected, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Dependability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.




- Ability to follow procedures and work efficiently in a busy office.
- A friendly, respectful approach to patients and coworkers.
- Dental assisting or sterilization experience is an asset. Applicants with PSW or other health care experience are also welcome to apply.

Training will be provided for office procedures and sterilization protocols.

Hours

- Monday to Thursday: approximately 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with lunch from 1:00–2:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
- No evenings or weekends.
