Position: Store Concierge

Type: Part Time

Schedule: Typically Working 3-4 days across 2 clinics, Schedule can be anywhere from 2-8 hours with a typical day being at least 5

Objective:

The Store Concierge plays a crucial role in driving foot traffic, engaging potential customers, and creating awareness about the significance of regular eye exams. This position focuses on promoting the Specsavers brand and enhancing customer engagement by encouraging customer to have eye exams.

Responsibilities:

- Proactively approach customers passing the store, fostering awareness about the Specsavers brand and offers.
- Provide information on eye health and benefits of professional eye exams.




- Offering to clean customers current glasses leading to engaging in conversations to encourage bookings and glasses sales.
- Communicate effectively with retail staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and glasses sales.
- Prioritize a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and informative interactions.
- Managing and directing traffic on the shop floor, by working with the store manager and colleagues.
- Providing quotes, celebrating our deals and helping out patients selecting frames

About you:

- A willingness to promote Specsavers from area's designated outside the clinic or at the lease line of the practice.
- Outgoing and engaging personality
- Enjoys interacting with people and building positive customer relationships.
- Energetic and passionate about spreading our mission to all
- Confident and engaging communication style.
- The ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Determined to accomplish results through perseverance and has a can-do attitude.
- Must pass a background check.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, event staffing, or promotional roles is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills.

- Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Pay: $18.50-$19.00 per hour

- Expected hours: Between 10-25 hours per typical week
- Offer will be based on prior experience in events/promotional positions.

Additional pay:
- Bonuses based on KPI metrics worth up to $100/month (this is in addition to your hourly rate of pay)
