Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to meet their shipping, mailing, and retail needs
- Assist customers with product demos, explaining features of various store merchandise and services
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling opportunities
- Manage merchandising displays to ensure the store remains organized, attractive, and fully stocked
- Conduct basic math calculations for transactions, refunds, and pricing adjustments
- Handle phone inquiries professionally using proper phone etiquette and provide information about store services




- Support sales initiatives through effective upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and store revenue

Skills

- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse customer base effectively
- Proven experience in retail sales or technical sales environments with a focus on product demos and customer engagement
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey product benefits and answer customer questions confidently
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy retail setting
- Time management skills to prioritize responsibilities and ensure timely completion of duties
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling, pricing, and transaction accuracy
