Description

- Oversee all aspects of showroom operations, ensuring a seamless and inspiring customer journey
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of design consultants and retail professionals to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional service
- Drive strategic initiatives to grow market share and enhance brand presence in the GTA West region
- Partner with cross‐functional teams in merchandising, marketing, and logistics to optimize showroom performance
- Monitor KPIs and implement data‐driven strategies to improve efficiency and profitability

Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive retail leadership experience, preferably in home improvement, design, or luxury retail
- Proven ability to lead teams to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Strong understanding of kitchen and bath products, customer needs, and design trends
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- A passion for design, customer experience, and team empowerment
