- Utilize effective communication skills in training and developing staff

- Manage personnel activities including hiring, training, appraising, rewarding, engaging, and disciplining staff

- Maintain knowledge of all Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Ensure all documentation related to Health & Safety is well recorded and maintainedYour profile:
- BS college degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Five years of specialty retail management experience
- Strong customer service and sales experience
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills
- Ability to process information and merchandise through computer and POS register systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with associates, guests, and management
- Ability to work varied hours and days to oversee store operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
