Duties
- Oversee flooring, kitchen and bath projects which includes meeting with clients, taking measurements and ordering materials from suppliers.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Communicate with suppliers or service providers for any flooring or kitchen/bath related requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with management to provide updates on floor activities.
- Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and high standards of customer service
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing clientele
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare budgets, and manage expenses to meet financial goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and store standards
Experience
- 3+ years of proven supervising experience in retail management or a similar leadership role with strong team management skills - preferably in home improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and engage customers effectively
- Bilingual for serving customer
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Exceptional phone etiquette and organizational skills necessary for administrative tasks.
