- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, inventory management, and reporting purposes.
- Develop budgets and monitor expenses to meet financial targets while maintaining operational excellence.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate purchasing decisions and supplier negotiations to optimize product availability and pricing.

Qualifications

- Proven supervising or management experience within retail or a related industry.




- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in retail sales, merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management.
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic bookkeeping practices.
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff.
- Sound organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a rapid-paced setting.
- Knowledge of budgeting, payroll processing, marketing initiatives, and administrative tasks.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail in recordkeeping and organizational tasks.
