Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and motivated Store Supervisor to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our store. In this role, you will oversee daily store activities, manage staff, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your leadership will drive sales, team spirits, and promote a friendly environment.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies
- Lead and motivate team members through effective training and coaching
- Oversee inventory level to maximize sales potential and limit wastage
- Order, receive and stock inventory
- handling cash and POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor sales performance and assist manager on implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Assist manager on store reporting and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and store policies




- Clear communication with the team on operation procedures, new product launching and cleanliness of the store front

Experience

- Proven supervising or team management experience
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling
- Familiarity with training & development processes
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills on problem solving
- Experience in cafe/fast food workplace

Pay: From $19.50 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
