Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their visit experience
- Prepare food items according to safety standards, maintaining quality and presentation
- Operate POS systems, accurately processing transactions and handling cash or card payments
- Manage food handling procedures to ensure sanitation, proper storage, and compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with upselling products to increase sales and promote menu offerings effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the storefront area, including counters, equipment, and dining spaces




- Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness throughout shifts

Skills

- Experience with POS systems for efficient transaction processing is preferred but not required.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Previous cashiering or cash handling experience demonstrating accuracy and accountability is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform basic math for transactions and upselling opportunities
- Restaurant or food industry experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn quickly
- Kitchen experience is a plus, along with serving skills that foster positive customer interactions
