About WearLab

WearLab Inc. is a fast-growing apparel development and production studio based in Burnaby, BC. We work with fashion brands across Canada and internationally handling everything from first prototype through to full production runs. Our studio works across activewear, loungewear, outerwear, scrubs, kidswear, and more.

The Role

As Studio Coordinator, you're the connective tissue between our studio, our pattern maker, and our network of contractors and suppliers. A lot of what keeps production moving is physical samples need to be picked up, fabrics need to move between locations, documents need to get where they're going on time. That's you.

This is a part time position to start with strong potential to grow based on fit and studio volume. You'll work closely with our Studio Operations Manager and the wider team.

What You'll Be Doing

- Picking up and dropping off samples, fabrics, trims, and materials between our studio, pattern makers, and contractors on scheduled days
- Tracking what's in transit, what's been received, and what's outstanding and keeping the team updated
- Supporting the studio team with day-to-day coordination tasks
- Helping manage incoming and outgoing packages and studio organization
- Communicating clearly with external partners on pickup/drop-off timing
- General studio support as needed this role will evolve as the team grows





What We're Looking For

- Valid BC driver's license and reliable personal vehicle non-negotiable, driving is a core part of this role
- Based in Vancouver / Lower Mainland must be able to reliably commute
- Highly organized and detail-oriented you track things, you follow up, nothing falls through
- Strong communicator you give clear updates and flag problems early
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, creative studio environment where priorities can shift
- Proactive and self-directed you figure things out without needing to be told twice
- Interest in fashion, apparel production, or creative industries is an asset but not required

The Details

- Pay: 18–22/hr depending on experience
- Hours: Part-time to start (approx. 15–25 hrs/week), potential to grow
- Location: Burnaby, BC in-person only, no remote
- Schedule: Set days including Monday, Wednesday or Friday, and Thursday
- All candidates will complete a short paid trial shift before hiring is confirmed
