Cleaning Subcontractors Wanted — Weekly Pay, Steady Work, No Chasing Clients

Are you an independent cleaning business looking for consistent work without the hassle of finding your own clients? Miraculous Maids is one of Canada's fastest-growing residential cleaning brands, and we're looking for reliable cleaning subcontractors to join our team in Edmonton and surrounding areas.

This is a subcontractor prospect for independent cleaning businesses, not an employee position. We're looking for cleaning businesses with a minimum two-person team who want to grow through consistent work with us.

Here's what working with us actually looks like:

- Weekly pay. Get paid every week without waiting on 30-day invoices or chasing payments.
- Consistent work volume. We have ongoing demand and are looking for dependable contractors to help us meet it.
- No need to find your own clients. We handle the leads and bookings so you can focus on cleaning.
- A company you can count on. Mosaic Home Services is an award-winning, multi-brand national organization with established systems and support.
- Room to grow.

Many of our top contractors have expanded from solo operators to running small crews with us.

We're looking for subcontractors who:

- Operate an independent cleaning business or are actively establishing one
- Have a team of at least two people available to complete jobs together
- Have their own cleaning supplies and reliable transportation
- Take pride in the quality of their work
- Are punctual, professional, and communicative
- Have their own liability insurance or are prepared to obtain coverage
- Can meet our subcontractor onboarding requirements, including providing applicable business registration and insurance documentation
- Can pass a background check

If you're ready to grow your cleaning business without spending your time finding clients, we'd love to hear from you. We bring the work; you bring the team, skills, professionalism, and commitment to quality. Apply today if you're interested in building a subcontractor relationship with Miraculous Maids.
