Horaire de travail: 00h30 -7h30 du lundi au vendredi Identifier les besoins de développement et assurer une amélioration continue. Surveiller et harmoniser les activités de l'atelier avec les plans de production. Participer activement aux examens quotidiens de la production et rendre compte des progrès.

Assurer un environnement de travail propre, sécuritaire et conforme. Diplôme collégial ou universitaire en gestion des opérations ou dans un domaine connexe. De 5 à 8 ans d'expérience en supervision dans un environnement manufacturier.

Connaissance de la fabrication allégée ou certification Lean 6-Sigma, un atout. Communication fréquente avec les partenaires internes et externes, les clients et les intervenants situés à l'extérieur du Québec. Connaissance de l'anglais, en plus du français, requise pour répondre aux exigences opérationnelles du poste et assurer une collaboration et un service à la clientèle efficaces.

Description in English The Opportunity: Join our agile team as a Production Supervisor, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production workshop. You'll be at the forefront of maintaining high standards, meeting production deadlines, and driving your team's productivity. Monday to Friday from 12:30am to 7:30am Lead and motivate your team to achieve their best performance.

Identify development needs and ensure continuous improvement. Monitor and align workshop activities with production plans.



Actively participate in daily production reviews and report progress. Manage attendance and ensure fair application of collective agreements.

Optimize the use of human and material resources. College or university degree in operations management or related field. ~5-8 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. ~ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Lean 6-Sigma certification is a plus. ~ Frequent communication with internal and external partners, customers, and stakeholders located outside Quebec. ~ Knowledge of English, in addition to French, is required to fulfill the operational requirements of the role and ensure effective collaboration and client service. ~ Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada.
