Job Title: Supervisor, Quality Coordinate daily activities of the Quality department. Monitor the performance of equipment and processes; Supervise Quality inspectors and Gauge Technicians in the facility. Provides leadership, mentoring and supervision of Quality personnel.

Develops and recommends test procedures for products, raw materials and maintains test equipment. Evaluate employees through performance reviews, ongoing coaching, and feedback. Support product launches and be involved in quality planning.

Oversee the efficient implementation of quality standards, programs, and processes to improve operational efficiencies and reduce/eliminate production waste. Academic/Educational Requirements ASQ Certification and/or certificate in QA Program an asset. Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a quality or manufacturing environment.

CMM Programming experience is an asset. Ability to use basic computer applications and software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
