We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Supervisor to lead our retail store team with enthusiasm and confidence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store operations, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily store activities for sales associates. Supervisor will perform same duties as sales associates.
- Assist in the hiring and training of current staff and conduct performance reviews.
- Oversee daily work schedules and ensure accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and participate in inventory counts with assigned sales associates.
- Manage cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Maintain organizational standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer service excellence at all times.
- Key holding responsibilities include open and close the store and daily cash reconciliation.
Experience & Requirements
- Proven supervising or team management experience within a retail environment is an asset.
- Demonstrated skills in customer service, cash handling, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with strong organizational abilities and time management expertise.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems, basic office programs (Microsoft, Google Sheets, Simply Book Me) would be an asset.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable method of transportation (own vehicle)
- Some heavy lifting required (50+ lbs)
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.0 per week
