The primary job function is to plan and direct the daily requirements of thewarehouse standards, Shipping and Fleet Turnaround Team, as well as coordinate the logistics of all location management. Maintaining warehouse standards and cleanliness Manage operations evening and weekends training, Coaching. Manages associate performance through feedback and identifying training opportunities Handles associate and customer concerns in a fair and skilled manner Back Orders /MRF/ and check trucks when required Inventory; assist with Receiving materials & storage Able to work nights and weekends A knowledge of products is an asset Typical career steps are to manage large departments / Yard Manager/ Driver Lead/ Assistant Manager
