Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Table Saw Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining table saw equipment to produce accurate cuts and ensure high-quality output. Duties

- Set up and operate the table saw machine, ensuring all safety protocols are followed before starting work
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files to accurately cut materials according to specifications
- Adjust saw blades, fences, and stops to achieve precise measurements and smooth cuts
- Perform routine maintenance on the table saw and associated tools to maintain optimal performance
- Use hand tools, calipers, and other measuring devices to verify dimensions and quality of finished pieces
- Collaborate with team members on assembly processes, packaging, and quality control checks
- Document production data, machine settings, and inspection results for traceability and continuous improvement

Qualifications

- Proven experience operating woodworking or metalworking machinery such as table saws or CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines




- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, CAD software like SolidWorks, and CNC programming is highly desirable
- Ability to use precision measuring tools including calipers and tape measures for quality assurance
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, welding, pressing (press brake machines), CNC lathe, milling machines, and welding techniques
- Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) such as Fanuc systems is a plus
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment while adhering to safety standards and procedures
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and adjustments during operations
- Warehouse experience or familiarity with forklift operation is advantageous but not required
