We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items following established recipes and safety standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and payment handling
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food presentation and serving to enhance the dining experience
- Upsell menu items to increase sales opportunities while maintaining a positive attitude
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery




- Support kitchen operations by adhering to food handling procedures and sanitation standards

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and communication
- Ability to handle food safely and maintain proper sanitation standards
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order accuracy
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Kitchen experience or food industry background is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and evenings if required
