Project / Program Coordinator (Hybrid Vancouver, BC) Schedule: Full time, 40 hours/week Altis Recruitment is seeking a Project / Program Coordinator on behalf of our client, a global enterprise software organization. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team supporting large-scale software initiatives, release management activities, and process improvement projects. Coordinate project activities from planning through delivery.

Support software release processes and help ensure project milestones are met. Track project schedules, risks, dependencies, and action items. Prepare status reports and maintain project documentation.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Security, and Business teams. Create and maintain Jira dashboards and project reports.

Support

Agile ceremonies and monitor delivery metrics such as velocity, burndown, and cycle time. Assist with release documentation and compliance-related activities. 25 years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, PMO, or a similar role. ~ Experience supporting software, IT, or enterprise technology projects.



~ Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. ~ Experience using Jira and working in Agile environments. ~ Solid stakeholder coordination and relationship-building skills. ~ Experience with SAP or enterprise software is considered an asset but is not required. Gain experience supporting large-scale software and business initiatives.
