Job Summary

New Era Electronics is a distributor and system integrator of Industrial Computers. We have been in business for over 20 years, have a competent sales staff who know their product, and a technical team that specializes in the design and assembly of embedded computers and embedded computing components. Our customers are Industrial OEMs and fall into several different industries such as Military, Medical, Digital Signage, and Industrial Automation.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our agile sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive business growth.

This job includes commission as well as salary.

Duties

- Work with customers and outside sales representatives to construct proposals that fit the customer's specific requirements
- Utilize HubSpot to manage customer interactions and track sales activities effectively.
- Work with our vendors to find cost effective and compatible products to construct a Bill of Materials and cost analysis, so that the Sales Team may quote effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues,



and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow up with leads in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.

Experience

- Proven experience in technical B2B sales administration is preferred.
- Strong background in customer service with the ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is advantageous.
- Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to develop business relationships and close sales effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
