Responsibilities

- Remove and replace tires using hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely
- Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation to ensure optimal vehicle performance
- Perform tire repairs, balancing, and other tire-related maintenance tasks
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot tire issues and recommend appropriate solutions




- Lift heavy tires and equipment safely during installation or removal processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency

Experience

- Experience is highly preferred in passenger/light truck and medium truck
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance procedures in an automotive setting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during tire installation or repair tasks
- Knowledge of sales techniques to recommend additional services or products when appropriate.
